Young Scholars Forum on Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University, 2023
信息通信技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是構(gòu)建國家信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息服務(wù)，全面支撐經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性和先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè)。為了推動信息通信技術(shù)的學(xué)術(shù)交流和學(xué)科發(fā)展，聚焦信息通信領(lǐng)域的前沿成果和發(fā)展趨勢，研討學(xué)術(shù)界與工業(yè)界科研熱點與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題，定于2023年12月1日至2日通過線上線下結(jié)合的方式召開“2023年上海大學(xué)通信與信息工程青年學(xué)者論壇”。本次論壇由上海大學(xué)主辦，9999js金沙老品牌承辦，熱忱歡迎海內(nèi)外信息通信領(lǐng)域的青年學(xué)者蒞臨。
Information and communication technology industry is a strategic, fundamental and leading industry that builds national information infrastructure, provides network and information services, and comprehensively supports economic and society development. Shanghai University Young Scholars Forum on Communication and Information Engineering will be held online and offline on December 1 to 2, 2023, to promote the academic communication and subject development of information and communication technology, focus on the cutting-edge achievements and development trends in the information and communication field, and discuss research focuses and key technical issues in academia and industry. This forum is hosted by Shanghai University and undertaken by the School of Communication and Information Engineering. Young scholars in the Chinese mainland and abroad working at the field of information and communication are all sincerely welcomed.
【學(xué)院簡介】
About the School
上海大學(xué)是上海市屬、國家“211工程”重點建設(shè)的綜合性大學(xué)，是教育部與上海市人民政府共建高校，上海市首批高水平地方高校建設(shè)試點，國家一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校。
9999js金沙老品牌是通信、電子、信息領(lǐng)域人才培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究的重要基地。學(xué)院由通信工程系、電子信息工程系、上海大學(xué)光纖研究所和上海電子物理研究所組成。目前學(xué)院有國家級人才11名、省級人才41名。學(xué)院擁有上海市特種光纖與光接入網(wǎng)重點實驗室、上海先進(jìn)光波導(dǎo)智能制造與測試專業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)平臺、省部共建教育部重點實驗室、省部共建國家重點實驗室培育基地、教育部國際合作聯(lián)合實驗室、科技部學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智基地等重要平臺基地。
學(xué)院瞄準(zhǔn)新一代信息通信技術(shù)領(lǐng)域國際前沿研究，圍繞國家重大需求，銳力進(jìn)取，進(jìn)一步使學(xué)院成為國家通信和信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究基地、高新技術(shù)研發(fā)基地和高層次人才培養(yǎng)基地。
Being involved in the national “Project 211”, SHU, a municipal university, is jointly constructed by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. SHU is in the line of the first batch of pilot projects of high-level university construction in Shanghai and being one of the national first-class discipline construction universities.
School of Communication and Information Engineering is an important base for education and scientific research in the fields of communication, electronics and information. The school involves the Department of Communication Engineering, the Department of Electronic Information Engineering, the Optical Fiber Research Institute of SHU, and the Shanghai Institute of Electronic Physics. At present, 11 national-level talent researchers and 41 provincial-level talent researchers are working here. The school owns Shanghai Key Laboratory of Specialty Fiber Optics and Optical Access Networks, Shanghai Advanced Optical Waveguide Intelligent Manufacturing and Testing Professional Technical Service Platform, provincial and ministry co-construction of key laboratory of the Ministry of Education, province of state key laboratory cultivation base construction, the base under the “Overseas Expertise Introduction Project for Discipline Innovation” (111Project), etc.
Our school is focusing on the researches at the international frontier, serving the country construction strategy, making the school a nationally-renowned base on the application/fundamental researches about communication and information technology, high-tech R&D researches and high-level talent trainings.

1） 特種光纖及先進(jìn)光子技術(shù)
新型光纖及光纖光子技術(shù)、光纖通信及光放大、光纖傳感技術(shù)、激光技術(shù)與應(yīng)用、微納光學(xué)與集成光子器件、量子及能源光子學(xué)、生物光子學(xué)等。
2） 先進(jìn)寬帶通信技術(shù)
先進(jìn)光通信技術(shù)、光網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、寬帶無線通信、6G、天線與射頻技術(shù)、太赫茲、信號與信息處理、空天地海通信等。
3）視覺智能計算與安全
沉浸式視覺智能處理、可視媒體智能分析、機(jī)器視覺與人工智能、智能模型保護(hù)與管理、多媒體內(nèi)容安全等。
The topics of the forum will be (but not limited to) as follows:
Topic 1: Specialty Optical Fiber and Advanced Photonic Technology (including new optical fiber and fiber photonics technology, optical fiber communication and optical amplification, optical fiber sensing technology, laser technology and application, micro/nano optics and integrated photonic devices, quantum and energy photonics, biophotonics, etc.)
Topic 2: Advanced Broadband Communication Technology (including advanced optical communication technology, optical network system, broadband wireless communication, 6G, antenna and radio frequency technology, terahertz, signal and information processing, air-space-earth-sea communication, etc.)
Topic 3: Visual Intelligent Computing and Security (including immersive visual intelligent processing, visual media intelligent analysis, machine vision and artificial intelligence, intelligent model protection and management, multimedia content security, etc.)

本次論壇誠邀海內(nèi)外信息與通信工程、電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)等相關(guān)學(xué)科和領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)秀青年才俊加盟。
申請條件（符合以下條件之一）：
1）具有海內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位；
2）具有海內(nèi)外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等從事科研工作的經(jīng)歷；
3）海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀博士后。
We sincerely invite excellent young scholars in the Chinese mainland and abroad working in the disciplines and fields of information and communication engineering, electronic science and technology, etc., to join this forum.
Requirements (any 1 in 3):
1) A doctoral degree from the renowned universities
2) Research experience in renowned universities, research institutions, or R&D department of the companies
3) Excellent post-doctoral researchers

Forum Expenses
本次論壇不收取注冊費、資料費。對于有意加盟上海大學(xué)并參加人才洽談會的優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生和博士后，承辦單位承擔(dān)其論壇期間食宿和往返國際/國內(nèi)旅費（列車限報二等座；機(jī)票限報經(jīng)濟(jì)艙，歐美澳地區(qū)限額為1萬元人民幣，亞洲地區(qū)限額5千元人民幣）。
No registration fees or material fees will be charged for this forum. The organizer will cover the meals, accommodation and round-trip international/domestic travel expenses during the forum (Train is limited to second class seats. Airplane is limited to economy class, with a limit of 10000 RMB in Europe, America, and Australia, and 5000 RMB in Asia) for outstanding doctoral graduates and postdoctoral fellows who are interested in joining Shanghai University and participating in the talent fair.

學(xué)校對申請人進(jìn)行資格審核后，于2023年11月24日前通過郵件向?qū)徍送ㄟ^人員發(fā)送正式邀請函。
For those who are interested in attending the forum, please complete the submission with the documents by email to xyshe@shu.edu.cn before November 20, 2023. Please include "2023 Young Scholars Forum –Applicant name - Current employer - Online/Offline participation" in the subject of email. The submission documents includes the registration form (please download the attachment at the end of the article), resume and abstract.
After the review process, an official invitation letter will be sent to the approved applicant’s email before November 24, 2023.
